I’m thinking about the national mediator in Norway.. He’s called riksmeglingsmannen, “mannen” means “the man”, and is one of a few official professions which title is still somehow related to sex. Hence, it would be nice if we could have a woman as the person suggesting the “if we do so-and-so, what do you think?”
